Renting With Us Fencl Properties screens all tenants with credit verification and felony background checks. Once your application has been cleared, we require a one month security deposit to hold the apartment. You may pay us by check or by credit card through PayPal. As our tenant, you can expect to be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day when you call our office. You will receive a call back and follow up to your maintenance requests in fewer than 5 days.
